Please read these terms carefully before booking any tours or services with us.

Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking
- Full payment is due 30 days before departure
- Bookings made within 30 days require full payment
Group Bookings
- Groups of 8+ people qualify for special rates
- Group bookings require a 50% deposit
- Final numbers must be confirmed 14 days before departure

- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Bank transfers
- PayPal
- Cash payments (for local bookings)
Currency and Pricing
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
- Additional fees may apply for payment processing
- Local taxes and fees are included unless specified
Cancellation by Client
- More than 60 days: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 30-60 days: 50% refund
- 15-30 days: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Cancellation by Company
If we cancel your tour due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date.
Force Majeure
Cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Documentation
- Valid passport required for all international travelers
- Visa requirements vary by nationality - check before travel
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Vaccination certificates may be required
Health and Safety
- Travelers must be in reasonable physical condition
- Medical conditions must be disclosed at booking
- Travel insurance covering medical expenses is recommended
- Follow all safety instructions from guides and staff
Our Responsibility
- Provide services as described in tour itineraries
- Ensure reasonable safety standards are maintained
- Provide qualified guides and appropriate equipment
- Handle bookings and payments securely
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour. We are not responsible for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Delays or changes due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
- Additional expenses incurred due to itinerary changes
Client Responsibility
- Ensure all travel documents are valid and current
- Obtain appropriate travel insurance
- Follow safety instructions and local laws
- Respect local customs and traditions
- Be punctual for all scheduled activities
While we strive to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes when necessary:
- Weather conditions may require route or activity modifications
- Road conditions or local events may affect transportation
- Accommodation changes may be necessary due to availability
- We will provide comparable alternatives when possible
- No compensation is provided for minor itinerary changes
During Your Trip
If you have concerns during your trip, please inform your guide or contact our office immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
After Your Trip
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of trip completion. We will investigate all complaints and respond within 14 business days.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration under Moroccan law. The courts of Marrakech have exclusive jurisdiction.
- These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time
- If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect
- These terms are governed by Moroccan law
- By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions
