We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability of the best accommodations and experiences, especially during peak season (March-May and September-November). For luxury accommodations or travel during major holidays, 4-6 months is preferable.
We do not charge a separate planning fee. Our customized tour prices include all planning services, accommodations, guided experiences, transportation, and specified meals as outlined in your final itinerary.
Yes, we understand that plans can change. Minor modifications can usually be accommodated at no extra cost up to 30 days before departure. Significant changes may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
While we focus primarily on your experience within Morocco, we can provide advice on flight options. If requested, we can arrange international flights for an additional service fee, or you're welcome to book flights independently.
