How far in advance should I book a tour?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for most tours, and 1-2 months ahead for peak season (March-May and September-November). For custom tours, more lead time is helpful.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash (for in-person bookings). A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 14 days before the tour.
Can I customize an existing tour?
Most of our tours can be customized to suit your preferences, whether that's adding extra days, changing accommodations, or focusing on specific interests.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellations 14-29 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before are non-refundable.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we can arrange airport transfers to and from major Moroccan airports. These can be booked separately or included as part of your tour package.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our guides are fluent in English, French, and Arabic. We also have guides available who speak Spanish, German, Italian, and Japanese. Please specify your language preference when booking.
