This 7 days camel trekking expedition offers an authentic experience of Morocco’s desert landscapes. The camel Trek Desert Infinity will allow you to see the Desert Infinity, enjoy the nomadic life and be with yourself in no where. The trek takes you through the High Atlas Mountains, past the famous Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, across the Draa Valley, and into the heart of the Sahara Desert. You’ll explore stunning dunes, ancient oases, and historical sites while staying in a mix of budget-friendly hotels, desert camps, and local accommodations.
Program Details
- Drive time: 6-7 hours
- Depart Marrakech in the morning, driving through the High Atlas Mountains, offering spectacular views along the way.
- Stop at Ait Benhaddou, a famous UNESCO World Heritage site, to explore the ancient kasbahs.
- Continue along the Draa Valley, known for its palm groves and traditional mud-brick villages.
- Arrive in Mhamid by late afternoon, the gateway to the Sahara. Spend the night in a local guest house or camp.

- Camel Trek Begins: After breakfast, meet your camel caravan and begin your trek into the desert, heading toward Ras Nekhal and the historical site of Sidi Naji.
- Trek Across the Desert: The journey takes you through rolling dunes, dry riverbeds, and arid terrain, offering a true sense of desert isolation and tranquility.

- Walking: 5 hours
- Morning Camel Trek: Continue your journey deeper into the Sahara, passing through expansive sandy plains and smaller dunes before reaching the famous Desert Erg, known for its "The last dunes before the brother between Morocco and Algeria" only quiet and silence, that make a unique sound when the wind moves through them.
- Lunch in the Desert: Enjoy a break for lunch under the shade of desert trees.
- Arrival at Desert Erg: Set up camp at the base of the towering dunes, and watch the stunning desert sunset.
- Overnight: Enjoy a traditional dinner in the desert camp and stargazing under the clear skies.

- Morning Camel Trek: Today our trick will continue with only one Camel as we will be deeper into the Sahara, passing through expansive sandy plains and smaller dunes before reaching the famous Erg Zahar, the other Camels with Camp will walk directly where they will make camp at erg Zahhar known for its "screaming dunes" that make a unique sound when the wind moves through them.
- Lunch in the Desert: Enjoy a break for lunch under the shade of desert trees.
- Arrival at Erg Zahar: Set up camp at the base of the towering dunes, and watch the stunning desert sunset.
- Overnight: Enjoy a traditional dinner in the desert camp and stargazing under the clear skies.

- Arrival at Erg Ait Ounir: Set up camp at the base of the towering dunes, and watch the stunning desert sunset.
- Overnight: Enjoy a traditional dinner with sand bread in the desert camp and stargazing under the clear skies.

- Relaxing: The Best thing to do is traditional Hammam after this trek and relaxing in the middle of oasis palm trees.

- Booking Process: Guests can book their 07 days Morocco trip through our website with an initial deposit of 20% of the total trip cost. Full payment must be made 5 days before the trip start date.
- Confirmation: Once the initial deposit is received, guests will receive a booking confirmation via email with all necessary details.

- Changes to Reservation: Guests can modify their reservations up to 15 days before the trip date, subject to availability and potential fees.
- Full Refund Period: Guests can cancel and receive a full refund if they cancel 30 days before the trip start date.
- Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between 20 and 35 days prior to the trip will receive a 50 refund.
