- Changes to Reservation: Guests can modify their reservations up to 15 days before the trip date, subject to availability and potential fees.
- Full Refund Period: Guests can cancel and receive a full refund if they cancel 30 days before the trip start date.
- Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between 20 and 35 days prior to the trip will receive a 50 refund.
- Non-Refundable Period: Cancellations within 15 of the trip start date will not be eligible for a refund.
