- Booking Process: Guests can book their 15-day Morocco trip through our website with an initial deposit of 20% of the total trip cost. Full payment must be made 5 days before the trip start date.
- Confirmation: Once the initial deposit is received, guests will receive a booking confirmation via email with all necessary details.
- Payment Methods: List accepted payment methods such as Bank transfers, or Paypal.
- Changes to Reservation: Guests can modify their reservations up to 15 days before the trip date, subject to availability and potential fees.
- Full Refund Period: Guests can cancel and receive a full refund if they cancel 30 days before the trip start date.
- Partial Refund Period: Cancellations made between 20 and 35 days prior to the trip will receive a 50 refund.
- Non-Refundable Period: Cancellations within 15 of the trip start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Include provisions for cancellations due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters).
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation request.
